- Our products ship from Richmond, VA.
- What shipping method is used?
- We ship our silver jewelry via USPS priority mail with 1-3 day delivery times in the U.S.
- Fine Jewelry items are shipped fully insured next day or second day air with UPS.
- What materials are used in your jewelry?
- Our fine jewelry collection is made of 14kt, 18kt, or platinum metals and set with lab grown or natural diamonds, gemstones, and semi-precious gemstones.
- Our sterling silver jewelry is primarily 925 sterling silver that is plated with rhodium, 14kt gold plating, 18kt gold plating, or 14kt rose gold plating. For gemstones, we use cubic zirconia, semi-precious gems such as amethyst, blue topaz, and moonstone as well as some cubic zirconia in precious gemstone colors such as ruby, emerald, or sapphire.
- Can you make jewelry in gold / diamonds?
- Yes, we offer full jewelry manufacturing capabilities and can produce our designs in gold with natural or lab created diamonds and gemstones.
- Can you customize a piece of jewelry for me?

- What is your return policy for your Fine Jewelry Collection?
- Our Fine Jewelry is custom made to order and all sales are final. This policy allows us to keep low inventory overhead and offer competitive prices on our fine jewelry collection.
- What is your return policy for your Sterling Silver Collection?
- For Sterling Silver Jewelry, we offer no hassle returns on unworn jewelry in new condition within 30 days of purchase. Please email scott@chloesjewelrycollection.com for a return authorization number before shipping your item back to us.
- Do you have a warranty period?
- Yes, we provide a 90 day warranty period that covers manufacturing defects such as loose stones, faulty soldering, or broken clasps.
- What is not covered in the warranty?
- Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including scratches and minor blemishes, are not covered.
- Accidental Damage: Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care is excluded from the warranty.
- Loss or Theft: This warranty does not cover loss or theft of the jewelry.
- What should I do if my item is damaged outside of the warranty period?
- If you need repairs done on an item outside of the warranty period, we offer refurbishing services to cover replacing stones, repairing broken catches, soldering, polishing, and plating.
